Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 1 ½ sticks butter (¾ cup)
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 (7oz) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla 


Step 1

Get all ingredients ready to go so you can work fast when its time to blend.  Line pan with parchment or grease.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, melt butter, sugar, and evaporated milk over medium heat.  Bring to a slow boil and let boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until smooth and sugar is dissolved.  Stir constantly.

Step 3

When butter and sugar mixture is ready, remove suacepan from heat and immediately add in peanut butter, marshmallow cream, and vanilla.  Fold and stir until completely blended.

Step 4

Pour fudge mixture into a 9x9 greased or lined pan or a 9x13 greased or lined pan.  We like our fudge thick so I use the 9x9 pan.  If you want thinner fudge or want it to set up faster, use a 9x13 pan.

Step 5

Allow fudge to set for at least 4 hours, longer if you used a smaller pan for thicker fudge.
