Frost 24 Cupcakes or One Layered Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) Butter, softened to room temp
- 1 heaping cup Peanut Butter
- 3 cups Confectioners Sugar
- ¼ cup Heavy Cream
- pinch of salt
Directions
Step 1
Cream butter and peanut butter together until smooth.
Step 2
Add confectioners sugar and pinch of salt to peanut butter blend. Blend until it starts to come together and then add small amounts of the heavy cream, a tablespoon at a time until the right consistency is formed.
Step 3
You may need a touch more cream or you may not use it all. Use enough cream to get the desired frosting consistency. ¼ cup of cream seems to make the best pipeable consistency.
Step 4
Frost your cupcakes or cake and ENJOY!
